PIZZA CHIC

I was very disappointed by the telephone reception. The woman who answered was cold and disrespectful; we felt like we were bothering them. It's a shame because it gives a bad impression of the establishment.

Superb pizza 🍕 much better than Domino's. Domino's pizzas have a 2-meter-wide crust and very little seasoning, which is the complete opposite of Pizza Chic Bassens. I recommend it and I'll be back.

The pizzas are good. The parking is ideal. But the service, the politeness, and the overall approach need a complete overhaul. When ordering by phone, don't make the mistake of forgetting to ask for your pizzas to be cut, or you'll be brushed off. When ordering online, there's no way to request them cut. So I asked when I picked up the pizzas. Same story, I was brushed off. The response was, "I don't have time." For changing ingredients, my advice is to order online as well. Because if you order by phone, you'll get brushed off. It's the same thing every time I order.

Excellent pizza and friendly, smiling staff!

Really disappointed after several orders, because the recipes are good, but it's unacceptable to feel like a nuisance when asking for the pizzas to be cut, and then once you're eating them, you find hair and bits of cooked plastic in the pizza! So we'll go elsewhere, what a shame.
