La Trattoria

We wanted to try this newly opened restaurant, and what a disappointment! 😔 The portions were small, and the hygiene was lacking. The bread bowl was dirty, and there was no apology. There was a pricing error on the bill, which made us realize the kitchen was barely clean, especially considering the restaurant's recent opening. Vegetables were scattered on the floor, the work surfaces were a mess, and there were numerous flies that, at least, seemed to enjoy the food. I do not recommend it.

We ordered pasta with ham and truffle, and rolled lasagna with spinach, ricotta, and mortadella. It was delicious! I highly recommend this Italian restaurant located in the heart of Challes-les-Eaux. Thank you for your warm welcome and impeccable service. It was exquisite, well done! 🙏

I had lunch at the Trattoria today, and I have to say the rolled lasagna with mortadella and spinach was amazing. The Italian ice cream was also delicious. Antoine is very friendly and a great salesman.

Fantastic restaurant! The staff is welcoming and attentive. The ingredients are fresh. I absolutely loved their tiramisu 🥰. Highly recommended!
