No problems with the food; it's a franchise that offers good options. However, one of the staff members was far from friendly, which completely ruined things, especially when you're on vacation and just want to relax. Upon arrival, we waited at the entrance as instructed. This man saw us but left us for almost five minutes to joke around with his colleagues instead of seating us—already unprofessional. Then we said we were just there for a drink and would decide about food later (or not). He asked if we wanted dinner or just a snack. We said we didn't know and that we were just there for a drink, but he insisted, saying, and I quote, "These aren't the same menus, so I need to know what I'm giving you." Everything was always on the same menu, and this was confirmed when we asked him for all the menus to help us decide later, and indeed, everything was on the same menu. We also seemed to be bothering them (to put it politely) when we asked for a seat outside, even though almost all the tables were free. I don't understand; is it the fact that we were there with a child that was the problem? A nearly 3-year-old who was well-behaved and kept herself occupied without disturbing anyone with her coloring. In fact, unlike the other children "in the office," nothing was offered for her (booster seat, coloring books, or anything else). Very disappointed. Luckily, the young woman who then helped us was lovely (thank you!).
