We came to pick up a zero-waste basket to try out this bakery, and we came back to buy some products. The breads are excellent, the sandwiches exceptional—they're a refreshing change from what you usually find in bakeries. And the pastries are incredible too!! It's so nice to have a bakery of this quality in Chambéry. Well done to the whole team! 🌸🙌🏻

Excellent bakery for those willing to pay the price. I go back regularly, especially for their bread, which has a pronounced and often original flavor, a real chew, and is pleasantly digestible. The pastries are sometimes disappointing. In ascending order of preference: Cinnamon roll: 2/10 The pastry is swimming in butter and undercooked: the bottom is literally saturated with butter, giving it a cookie dough consistency due to the lack of baking; it's sickening. Gluten-free bread (rice and buckwheat): 3/10 The bland flavor gets old quite quickly. Custard tart: 5/10 The filling is creamy and smooth, as you rarely see! However, the glaze is too sweet, and the worst part is the puff pastry, which is far too rich and buttery, clashing with the delicate filling and overpowering it. If you finish your slice with the bottom half, you end on a bad note: heavy and too rich. Also, one slice serves two people. Raspberry Maritozzo: 6/10 - essentially whipped cream on brioche, not worth the trip. Whole Wheat Bread: 9/10 - too often burnt on top (even if the saleswoman tries to give you a less cooked section), perfectly soft but filling, with a pronounced flavor. Baltic Bread: 10/10 - a good balance between the buckwheat flavor and the roasted aromas of the seeds incorporated into the dough. King Cake: 10/10 - incredible puff pastry, well-balanced frangipane, with a strong flavor - in short, a rare bakery experience! Focaccia: 11/10 - absolutely excellent, I eat it plain because it's fragrant, rich yet soft, a delight.

A wide variety of breads, pastries (including babka and cinnamon rolls...), cakes and sandwiches (the latter are exceptional...) and all made with organic produce! A great address in Chambéry.

Our favorite bakery in Chambéry for the quality and variety of its sourdough breads. The Baltic, orange chocolate, and fig hazelnut have become our weekend breakfast staples! They also have delicious sandwiches with vegetarian options featuring seasonal vegetables, and pastries with magnificent layers!

High-quality sweet and savory products

Went for the cinnamon roll but they weren’t available, so I got a peanut roll instead. Taste-wise, it was good with a nice balance between the sweetness of the pastry cream and the nuttiness of the peanuts. That said, I did feel it was a little overpriced given the size. I also got a cereal baguette which, likewise, felt overpriced and lacked the fragrance of natural levain. Indoor seating is available.

Excellent bread, and very good pastries and cakes too. Highly recommended.

We ordered three sandwiches, each better than the last. Truly fantastic. A baguette filled with mozzarella, tomato, lettuce, and dried tomatoes. One delicious falafel sandwich and one with grilled vegetables and credu. We were truly satisfied.

I tried the custard tart and found it very good, well-packaged to boot. However, I did find the portion a little small for the price. The ingredients are high-quality and organic, so that partly justifies it, but a slightly bigger portion would be perfect! We also had an excellent Tomme cheese bread, a great discovery, a nice change from what you usually find :)

Great staff, very good bakery. But the air conditioning?! The young saleswoman made me feel sorry for her; it's a disgrace to work in such conditions. The bakery is like an oven. It's impossible to sit down and relax like I usually do. Yet another owner who doesn't care about their employees, because it's not the first time I've noticed this stifling heat in already harsh weather. It's a disgrace. I'll be back, though, because, as I mentioned, the products are of very high quality and the staff are very friendly. I hope things improve for them. This really deserves to be reported to the labor inspectorate...
