Bloomy Brunch & Coffee Chambéry

I ordered Eggs Benedict and was very disappointed to receive a hard-boiled egg on top instead of the traditional poached eggs. It simply wasn't Eggs Benedict. The American breakfast was equally disappointing: two flat, uninteresting pancakes with a fried egg on top. No salad, no fruit, no side dish, no presentation... nothing. The quality and preparation were far below what one would expect from brunch. A truly disappointing experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

Discovered a brunch spot on a historic street in Chambéry. The American pancake was generous and excellent; my only regret was not having enough room to try the sweet version, which I devoured with my eyes on other tables… I'll definitely be back soon!!
