Chamas Tacos ® Chambéry

The tacos are very good, but the slowness is a huge problem… Between 30 and 45 minutes of waiting each time for just one taco.

We waited over 30 minutes for two measly tacos, even though it was a Tuesday night and there were four people in the room.

To start, we walked in and after ordering we sat down. It took a massively long time for our food to arrive though the place was completely empty. We noticed that the seating area was completely infested with flies and because of that I struggle to imagine how filthy the kitchen must have been. After getting our food, it was nothing short of revolting. The fries and meat were flavourless, and the sauce was disgusting. It was as if someone vomited inside a tortilla. My friend ordered some garlic fries, the sauce was gloopy, tasteless and artificial looking.

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I ordered my tacos by phone and my order was confirmed. Unfortunately, when I arrived, nothing was ready. What's the point of ordering in advance if the staff can't keep up? Avoid this place if you're in a hurry.
