Much better than fast food menus and at much more affordable prices. If you love good food but are on a tight budget, there's nothing better. However, if you have a little more money, there's still plenty to enjoy. Unlimited vegetables and fries.

I think it's great for the quality and price. It's not fine dining, of course, but for a nice little snack with friends or family, with or without kids, without breaking the bank, it's a pretty good option 😀👍. They have crepes, waffles with Nutella or sugar, ice cream, and hot or cold drinks. The meals aren't gourmet, but they're alright. They're pretty good. To be honest, I go to Flunch to have a quick bite with my daughters or friends. So my little princess can play with the other kids and her big sister can chat with me (when her phone decides to leave her alone, haha 😅🤣). For example, tonight we went with friends and their children. They had all-you-can-eat mussels, they were delicious, and the kids kept asking for more. We were served by a very pretty young woman named Justine. She was incredibly patient and always smiling, which is great because sometimes you get people who look miserable (sorry 🥶, it's like they don't want to be there). This young woman was very kind and helpful. A true professional, just like we parents and customers love ♥️😀👍. At Flunch, you can come as you are, without judgment. Because sometimes elsewhere, children are scary 😜. There are games for our little ones (but I think they could do better; they're much too small, there are better ones elsewhere, but oh well). The toilets are often dirty. I have serious questions about the behavior of some customers who don't clean up after themselves. Honestly, we're lucky to have a place that prepares balanced meals—vegetables, fish, meat, and even fruit—as well as snacks, a pleasant dining area, and games for our little ones. So, a little relaxation for us parents, a nice cup of tea, a peaceful Nutella crepe, while our dear children play, and yet they don't clean up after us? I think it's a shame. We're well received, and it's a great place to unwind without breaking the bank, but we have to hold it in to use the restroom because some people don't know how to clean up after themselves? Excuse me, but damn it. 😔🤥🤕 We're going to end up with nothing left. The professionals who work at Flunch aren't paid for this. Yes, they have to maintain the restrooms, but still, we have to respect their work and the same level of cleanliness we expect at home. 🥶 That's the bare minimum. So, here's what I think: Flunch isn't a fancy restaurant, but it's a nice place to eat cheaply, with good quality food, and it's not too far away. It's a shame it's not very close anymore, in the center of Chambéry, but with a car, bike, or bus, it's really quick and easy to get there. I admit that for me, it's important to be well received wherever I go with my daughters, and we've always been well received there and we're very happy about it. Thank you and see you soon! 😜👍♥️♥️♥️

I went to your Flunch for the first time two days in a row in June, and it was a very pleasant surprise. I ate there with friends two days in a row and was very satisfied with the welcome and the quality of service. On the first day, I had a set menu with a butcher's cut. It was cooked perfectly and the meat was top quality. On the second day, I had a set menu with a ribeye steak, and it was the same story: it was cooked perfectly and the meat was very good. Regarding the variety of vegetables, I can only confirm that there are many choices. The different vegetables are cleverly introduced to provide various nutritional benefits depending on the growth stage and, consequently, for athletes—perfect for a diet or for bulking up. The only slight downside was that the fountain iced tea had a very unpleasant taste, but after complaining at the till, we were compensated and given a free bottle of Lipton iced tea, which was fantastic! In conclusion, I would say that after my visit to this Flunch, I fell in love with the franchise and I recommend everyone come and discover your restaurant, just like I did – you won't be disappointed! Go there without hesitation!

I came to your establishment this evening and ordered all-you-can-eat mussels in cream sauce. I returned for a second plate of mussels at 7:45 PM. The person serving the mussels asked her colleague, "I need the cream sauce." She told her, "We're out." I decided that we're out, and I ended up with mussels in a creamy sauce, which I don't like, and a plate I didn't even touch. Don't sell all-you-can-eat mussels with any sauce if your staff decides not to refill it, especially at such an early hour. I do not recommend it. Sincerely.

One of your ice cream servers doesn't smile, is unpleasant, disrespectful, and always looks miserable while working. It's not great. The prawns were nothing special, and the ice cream was too sweet, but tasty. I must also mention that the restrooms are disgusting: soap scum in the sinks and dirty stains on the cutlery.

My checkout experience was a disaster. The owner was very unpleasant and arrogant. The food is very average, even though the staff are doing their best.

A very bad experience Very disappointed with this Flunch, especially the grill station. We waited 25 minutes for a simple child's hamburger and a mixed grill plate, even though it was barely noon! The person in charge of the grill clearly preferred to churn out burgers rather than start cooking the chicken. One thing is for sure: if I come back, I will never order anything from the grill again. To top it all off, the checkout process was incredibly slow, and several ice cream flavors were already out by the time we got to dessert.

Managers/Directors, aside from copy-pasting customer responses, you offer no solutions or changes, as the comments clearly indicate that there are frequent and serious problems at this restaurant! Arriving around 5 PM at the register, I was told there wouldn't be this or that. I remained hopeful that I would at least get something to eat, having paid for a basic all-you-can-eat menu, but to my surprise, there was nothing! A few fries at the bottom of the container, completely dry and hard, and three dauphine potatoes—you had to fight over who got to eat them. I asked for green beans or something else, and the woman brought out a container of tasteless vegetables (canned mixed vegetables) and nothing else. I asked for more fries since the others were inedible: hard, overcooked fries. I'd eat better at home, oh well… On top of all that, when I sat down, I saw the state of the restaurant, which leaves much to be desired. It's truly disappointing. Once is enough!!

First visit to this Flunch was very disappointing. I won't be making the trip again... We ordered mussels and fries, but I don't know where they got their recipe. The sauce had no flavor, no white wine, and tiny onions—you practically had to scrape the bottom of the pan to get any. I even found a large pebble in my plate and some small crabs. The fries were the same; they tasted like reheated fries—bland, not a gram of salt, and not melt-in-your-mouth tender. I eat better at home than there. It's truly disheartening to see this. Flunch isn't what it used to be, unfortunately. Nowadays, profitability comes before quality and customer satisfaction. That's surely why all the other Flunch restaurants have closed. Go and train yourselves on what customers actually expect and hire real chefs!
