Great coffee shop lovely atmosphere and staff were very helpful

We had been before and it was very good, but this time we were disappointed because we had booked for six people two weeks in advance for Sunday lunch. Once seated, we were told that they don't serve lunch on Sundays and that they only offer brunch, but nothing for a full meal. We had called twice to make the reservation, and no one had informed us that they didn't serve lunch on Sundays.

A decent restaurant! The service is impeccable, as is the staff... The restaurant itself is quite unique! The food is average... Thank you!

Excellent brunch! We tried the brunch (apparently a new offering), and it was a wonderful surprise :) The portions are generous, the food is fresh and seasonal, and best of all, the service couldn't have been warmer and more welcoming! If you're looking for a nice place to brunch on Sunday, go for it without hesitation!

I sat down on the terrace for a drink and noticed a cheese and charcuterie platter on the menu. I simply asked the waiter if it would be possible to remove the charcuterie from the platter. A very simple request, not aimed at obtaining a favor or a discount, but simply at removing one ingredient. The waiter said he wanted to consult his manager, who came over. From the moment she arrived, her attitude struck me as particularly irritated and her tone condescending. She explained that it wasn't possible to modify the platter and that she couldn't "make a special platter for just one person." Yet, that was absolutely not what I was asking for: I simply wanted the charcuterie removed. She then specified that she could serve me just cheese, but at a price of €18. I hadn't, however, discussed the price at any point, nor had I asked for any kind of discount. I was perfectly willing to pay the listed price. I felt as though she were responding to an objection I hadn't even raised. The situation then took a surprising turn when she told me that if I wasn't happy, I could go somewhere else. Such a remark to a customer is, in my opinion, completely inappropriate. Finally, she claimed we had been talking for "ten minutes," when the exchange had lasted no more than a minute. Beyond the disagreement itself, it was the lack of courtesy, attentiveness, and sense of service that struck me most. I understand that an establishment has its rules, but nothing justifies such a way of speaking to a customer. For this reason, I do not recommend this establishment.

It took 30 minutes to take our order, and almost as long to be served (one coffee and one Coke)... They claimed it was busy: nobody inside and only half the terrace was empty... A shame, because the location is good.
