What an experience! A star for each of the waitresses present today, who richly deserve it thanks to their smiles and kindness. We arrived at 11:25 am (5 minutes before opening time), just the two of us. A waitress and what appeared to be the manager were setting up tables outside, where we wanted to sit. The manager tried to dissuade us, claiming an impending storm (which still hadn't arrived at 5 pm). If you don't want customers on the terrace, don't set up the tables there; it's as simple as that. I made the mistake of asking to be seated in the shade, and this manager strongly objected to the idea of ​​putting up a parasol. Oh well, I protected my delicate skin by eating in my denim jacket in 25°C heat. The friendly waitress returned to take our drink order, then went to seat a couple at a table. There was no one else on the terrace. The manager came over and told her to stop wasting time chatting, saying, "If you're bored, just say so and I'll find you something to do." I was outraged to hear that. Excuse me, Madam, but chatting with customers is an integral part of service, especially when the waitress is pleasant, which she was. Other people arrived gradually, and the manager tried to prevent everyone from sitting on the terrace, still because of this "storm." Not a smile in sight from her, but her curt and unpleasant tone was definitely there. My mother and I ordered Caesar salads. Well, nothing special despite the €19 price tag. My mother didn't finish hers, so we asked to take the rest away. Surprise: it was 50 cents to take away something we'd already paid for. Unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it. In short, I hope these poor waitresses are paid well enough to put up with this awful manager. They're very brave. I certainly won't be giving you a good review.

The welcome was very pleasant, but the food wasn't anything special in terms of taste.
