O'Tacos Chambery

We've been waiting 45 minutes for our order. The taco isn't even browned (just pieces of goat cheese on top that haven't even melted) and the tiramisu is still frozen.

Very good and very friendly.

Since we started coming here several years ago, the atmosphere and quality have been declining. The kiosks are always out of order, and whenever we ask them to add us as customers, they don't know how and tell us it's impossible to do it from the register (they could always do it when the kiosks were out of service before, anyway). We place our orders, and while we're ordering, they're busy serving other customers, talking amongst themselves in their own language, and barely understanding us. We ONLY come for the spicy tenders. Tonight we ordered two packs of four. Once the order was placed (after a long wait), I received things that didn't look like tenders at all... So I told them that wasn't what I ordered... and they replied, "Yes, yes, we changed them." I kept quiet and went home, convinced I was going to get ripped off, and guess what? They were nuggets, not tenders, and not spicy at all. So I paid more for something than I actually received, and it wasn't at all what I ordered. If you want to improve the quality of service, you'll need to train your staff and have more welcoming people, which hasn't been the case for months now.

I'm completely disappointed. I love going to O'Tacos, but there have been problems for several months now. Unannounced stock shortages, malfunctioning machines, payment issues, and, most importantly, no one to greet us. They see us waiting, signaling to them, yet they leave us hanging until we come to get them. Honestly, I no longer recommend the O'Tacos in Chambéry.

We're regulars at Tacos in Epagny, where we're never disappointed. But for our first time in Chambéry, we were extremely disappointed and will never go back! Nothing is right... Run away!

Tasteless tacos, and the cleanliness is nonexistent.

After three attempts, it's still not working! There are always items missing. The kiosks are malfunctioning! There's no one at the counter, so orders can't be placed. The person comes to the kiosk and cooks at the same time! It's pathetic!
