Not a great experience at this Roster in the heart of Chambéry. Prices are quite high for the quality. The burger my partner chose was perfectly acceptable, but the fries were passable and far too salty. As for my croque-monsieur, it was a disaster. Half-burned, it was falling apart. So salty it was inedible. We sent it back to the kitchen. No apology, no explanation, no gesture of goodwill… Avoid it.

The burgers are good, but I've ordered takeout several times now and I'm really disappointed by the fries. They're undercooked and not crispy. What a shame...

I have the impression that the cheddar they used to have has been replaced. Before, it was melty and stretchy, but last time it was more like processed cheese. What's more, I always order an extra three slices, but sometimes I only get one. At €1.50 a slice, it's quite frustrating. The bacon is often undercooked too.

Disaster. We placed an order with extra cheese, and in the end, there was no more cheese. I even asked the girl, who confirmed I'd ordered the cheese, but there was absolutely nothing. First time here, and last time. Hygiene is nonexistent, and the quality is just as bad.
