Magnificent view. Extremely pleasant welcome. Delightful evening. A place to enjoy without moderation.

The setting is pleasant; the wines are interesting and the welcome charming. Certainly. But imagine our surprise, our incomprehension, our disappointment when, at the time of payment, aside from the impossible division of the bill per buyer (which we won't dwell on), we were offered neither a discount, nor an extra case, nor an extra bottle...even though we had just spent €970 on wine...

Very pleasant place

For a while now I've been thinking, "You should try a Persan...!!???" What's that? An old grape variety brought back into the spotlight by a few diehards (including Michel Grisard, whom I haven't met yet). One day, I received a delivery of six Savoie wines, including a 2020 Persan from the estate—a gift from a good son to his aging father. I just finished the bottle with two knowledgeable friends. I promise that on my next trip (Normandy to Savoie), I'll stop by the winery to say thank you and congratulations, and also to... stock up. Surprising, dense, straightforward, voluptuous, tannic—in a word: perfect. Some would say "a real man's wine," but, being too hasty, I should have waited four or five more years.

Excellent organic wines with a variety of varietals. They've rediscovered some little-known native varietals. The macerated white is delicious!
