I'm updating my previous review since the change of ownership. The pizza is still just as good :-) The menu hasn't changed (yet?), and the staff is really friendly. It's very popular, so be sure to call early.

If you're looking for the best pizzeria in La Motte-Servolex, head straight to La Spezia! The pizzas are simply excellent: thin and crispy crust, perfectly cooked, and above all, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference from the first bite. The ingredients are flavorful, the recipes are generous and well-balanced, with a true Italian touch. The welcome is warm, the service is quick and always with a smile. Whether you're going to take away or eat in, it's always a pleasure to come back. A must-visit for all pizza lovers in the area 🍕

Incompetent staff. They only listen to half the information when you give it to them on the phone, resulting in the wrong pizza being served in the end.

It's really not that complicated running a business these days... a smile from the moment you walk in, pizza makers who, even though they're working hard, are smiling and friendly, a little something for the kids (a small candy), and then pizzas of more than decent quality! Thank you for everything, keep up the good work, we'll be back!

Fantastic find!! My pizza was excellent (St. Moret cheese), and having tasted my girlfriend's, I can say it was also delicious (fondue). They offer three pizza sizes. The ingredients that require it are carefully prepared before being added. The tiramisu isn't from a chain supplier but comes from their own kitchen, and that makes all the difference. We'll most likely be back! 👍

I tried three pizzas, all delicious and generously sized. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the open kitchen allows you to chat with the chef and staff, who are very attentive. I highly recommend it.
