We've been regular customers at this store for years and are always satisfied with the friendly service, helpful advice, and very reasonable prices, especially during new arrivals and sales periods. A special mention goes to the lady (short hair, tattoos, and glasses) who took a considerable amount of time to wrap all the room fragrances we bought that day. She took her time, smiled, and provided a wonderful welcome, all while working diligently despite the unbearable heat! Many thanks again to her and to everyone who works at this store.

A huge thank you to Candice from the pet department. She kindly provided me with some morio worm food to feed my leopard gecko. Since crickets weren't available due to the heatwave, this kind of small detail delights customers and enhances the overall in-store experience. ☺️

I love this store; there are always decorative items to discover, and the pet section is really well-stocked. It's the only store that carries the food I need for my snakes.

The pet shop only has two fans for all the animals, and their deployment is surprisingly slow, according to some employees, as if animal welfare weren't a priority. Several animals were lying on the floor, visibly affected by the heat. This situation is unacceptable.
